The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Technician to join our Scotland region team. As a field-based role, you will provide an efficient and effective after-sales service by rectifying defects and carrying out maintenance works on occupied properties. Your primary objective will be to manage and continually improve the customer service experience for Keepmoat customers, ensuring our commitment to being a 5-star builder and leader in customer service is met.
The successful candidate will possess up-to-date knowledge of NHBC Standards and LABC Regulations, as well as multi-skills training. Ideally, you will have experience in snagging works or working as a maintenance operative. You will work closely with our teams to deliver high-quality results and meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Rectify defects and carry out maintenance works on occupied properties
- Manage and continually improve the customer service experience for Keepmoat customers
- Work collaboratively with our teams to deliver high-quality results
- Adhere to Keepmoat Health, Safety and Sustainability standards
- Relevant qualifications and certifications
- Up-to-date knowledge of NHBC Standards and LABC Regulations
- Multiskills training and experience in snagging works or maintenance operations
- Valid UK Full Clean driving licence
- Competitive salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
