We are seeking a Support Practitioner to join our team in Tranent, supporting individuals with mental health, autism, physical, and learning disabilities.

As a Support Practitioner, you will work with individuals to plan for their future, prevent social isolation, and loneliness, and assist with daily living tasks at home and in the community.

We adopt a person-centered approach, valuing honesty, respect, empathy, and compassion. Full training is provided, and we welcome applications from candidates with the right values and motivation.

Successful candidates will be eligible to work in the UK or have a visa granting permission to work in the UK. We offer a range of great benefits, including a competitive salary and opportunities for career development.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support individuals with mental health, autism, physical, and learning disabilities
