Support Practitioner

About the Role
We are seeking a Support Practitioner to join our team at Cornerstone, providing care and support to individuals with profound learning disabilities and complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
As a Support Practitioner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the best possible care and support for our service users. Your main aim will be to support individuals with their day-to-day needs, including administering medication, physio activities, moving and assisting, personal care, appointments, and housework.
What We're Looking For
We are looking for a caring and compassionate individual with good communication and organisational skills. You will need to be able to work well in a team and have a positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Confidence in the use of computers and the ability to cook are also essential.
Shift Patterns
Shift patterns usually fall between the hours of - hours and waking nights (- hours) 7 days a week. Waking nights are paid at your normal hourly rate plus an additional £20 for every waking night worked.
