Support Officer for Integrated Care

As a Support Officer for Integrated Care, you will play a key role in supporting the team with the maintenance of contact lists and generic email inboxes, including gathering information and undertaking inquiries as necessary.
Job Responsibilities- Provide administration support and advice to the wider team to support a number of workstreams.
- Support the team with the coordination and facilitation of meetings, either face-to-face or via conferencing facilities.
