Fitness Instructor Vacancy

Uppingham School Sports Centre has an exciting part-time opportunity for a well-qualified Fitness Instructor. As the first point of contact in the Fitness Studio, you will represent the Fitness Team in a friendly, helpful, and courteous manner.

About the Role
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and tidy Fitness Suite environment at all times.
  • Conduct inductions to the Fitness Suite and gain an understanding of users' individual goals and needs.
  • Achieve personal training and fitness products sales targets.
  • Supervise gym users and ensure their safety.

An A Level 2 Gym Instructing qualification is essential, along with experience of group instructing and personalised programme setting.

Working Arrangements

This role will be worked over an average of 24 hours per week, with a three-week rolling rota to cover the Centre's opening hours (07:00-22:00).
