Employability Coach

**HMP Stocken, near Oakham (LE15 7RD) East Midlands - Permanent**

**37 hours per week Monday to Friday (part time / flexible working considered)**

**We are looking for an Employability Coach (CFO3 Case Manager) to assist individuals to overcome identified barriers though accessing relevant support services, to progress into employment, training and education.

You will be able to provide realistic employment, training and education advice and guidance to individuals referred to LAT’s CFO3 provision and advise individuals on disclosure of their criminal records. No two days are the same within LAT, so you will have to be resilient and confident in dealing with changing priorities, whilst maintaining accuracy.

Ideally you will have a valid UK car licence and access to a vehicle due to the remote location of HMP Stocken where this post will be based.

Due to the location of the role applicants must be 18 years of age or over.

We also operate a band which commences at £22,133 for individuals holding a relevant level 3 qualification and working towards level 4 as well as a trainee band for people new to this work, starting at £20,972

**A bit about us**

Lincolnshire Action Trust (LAT) is a registered charity that works with individuals who are in contact with the criminal justice system across Lincolnshire and surrounding areas. The main focus of our work is resettlement and rehabilitation including employability, accommodation, finance and debt and work with children and families.

Over 20,000 clients access our services each year and volunteers are a valuable element of LAT’s support for individuals involved in the criminal justice system.
