Salary

The estimated salary for this role is £41,787 - £61,785 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

This role involves coordinating day-to-day adult inpatient OT service delivery, contributing to the development and evaluation of the OT service, and providing OT advice to the multidisciplinary team. You will also work closely with the OT professional lead to agree strategic professional action plans and contribute to the planning, development, provision, and evaluation of OT services within the trust.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A diploma or degree in occupational therapy
  • Up-to-date registration with the relevant professional body
  • Documented evidence of continuing professional development (CPD)
  • Three years' post-registration experience in mental health
  • Experience of audit procedures, risk assessment, and supervision of junior staff and students
