About the Role:
MBA is seeking a highly skilled IAM Infrastructure Engineer to join our team and support our partnership with a Magic Circle Law firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identity and Access Management: Oversee user identity infrastructure, platform management, and response to requests, incidents, and routine maintenance for Active Directory and Azure Entra ID.
- Enterprise Functions: Manage and maintain MFA, Single Sign On, Enterprise applications, and functions for Azure Entra ID.
- Server Management: Experience in managing servers at scale, managing server health, security vulnerabilities, requests, and incidents for Windows Server.
- Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain DNS, DHCP solutions, Certificates, and enterprise technical infrastructure.
Expectations:
- Responsible for day-to-day operational technical support, managed incidents, service requests, and technical changes, and regular ongoing systems maintenance and updates.
- Technical proficiency, analytical working practices, and alignment to service delivery processes with alignment to ITIL best practice.
- Input subject matter expert knowledge and experience, seeking to continuously improve service, develop working practices, and maintain documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Engagement and collaboration with third-party suppliers, ability to communicate to stakeholders at different levels.
Requirements:
- Operational Technical Infrastructure support experience with at least 3 years.
- Demonstrate in-depth technical experience and knowledge across following solutions – Microsoft MECM, Microsoft SCOM, Windows Server Mgmt., Active Directory, Azure Entra ID, Certificate mgmt., and network infrastructure services.
