Job Description

The Baca Charity seeks an experienced Education Programmes Coordinator to lead the development and delivery of our education programme for young people aged 16 to 18 who are refugees. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating the programme to ensure that it meets the needs of our students.

About the Role:

  • Lead the development and delivery of the education programme, working closely with the Service Director and other colleagues.
  • Ensure the quality of education support delivered is excellent by advocating the best learning techniques and strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with local colleges and other education providers to register students on to required courses and provide ongoing support.
  • Oversee the maintenance of all records, resources, and planning to ensure they are reusable and enable effective lesson delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in education programme management.
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering high-quality education programmes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: £30,763 - £35,500 per annum (full-time salary)

Location: Loughborough, England

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 37.5 hours per week including some occasional evening or weekend work
