Pastoral Care Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Pastoral Care Coordinator. This position involves working under the direction of the Deputy Headteacher to provide support, guidance, and care to students who may lack the support networks they need.

Your key responsibilities will include running a centralised student hub, providing mentoring and counselling services to these students. You'll also apply effective behaviour management strategies, using initiative while following policies and procedures.

A competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered for this role. The estimated salary range takes into account the location and industry standards.
