About the Opportunity

Hd6 is seeking a Support Worker to provide care and support to adults with learning disabilities in Loughborough, Leicestershire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a difference in people's lives. You will have the chance to work closely with a diverse group of individuals, each with their own strengths and challenges.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated and able to work collaboratively as part of a team. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure you have the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing care and support to adults with learning disabilities in their daily lives
  • Helping individuals develop new skills and achieve their goals and aspirations
  • Working collaboratively with the team to create innovative support plans
  • Assisting with planning and managing individual homes and supporting leisure activities and employment goals
