About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Internal Communications Advisor to join our team at Pinsent Masons. As an Internal Communications Advisor, you will play a key role in helping our colleagues understand the size, scale, and strengths of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective internal communications strategies to engage and inform colleagues about business developments and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to understand their communication needs and develop targeted communication plans.
  • Design and produce high-quality internal communications materials, including newsletters, intranet content, and other digital and print materials.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues on the use of internal communication channels and tactics.
  • Work on large, complex, and high-profile projects and initiatives, requiring strong project management and coordination skills.
  • Support in shaping and planning content for flagship events, such as the Partners' Conference and key launch events.
