Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A degree in Social Work or a related field.At least 2 years' experience in a senior leadership position within the care sector.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A proven track record of delivering results-driven outcomes and improving services.A strong commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion.
