Job Title: Maintenance Planning Leader

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planning Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will have strong experience of leading a small maintenance team and/or planning maintenance activities.

Job Description

The Maintenance Planning Leader will be responsible for leading the maintenance team and ensuring they conform to compliance requirements. They will also be involved in fault diagnosis to minimize any faults and overall effect faults can have on the plant and site. The successful candidate will hold knowledge and experience of plant operations and meeting production targets in the same or similar industry.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of plant operations and maintenance.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • A full UK driving licence.
