Production Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Production Maintenance Specialist to join our manufacturing team in the Greater Manchester Area.

This role involves working a shift pattern of 4 on 4 off, with 5 fixed 18-day breaks.

Salary: £48,000 - £54,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and repair all production equipment, including mechanical plant & machinery.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure product meets high standards.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to colleagues as needed.
