Job Overview

The Assistant Operations Centre Manager is a key role within Teleperformance, responsible for driving high levels of performance and employee engagement across a multifunctional back office and Contact Centre team.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to drive positive work culture and staff engagement
  • Manage and oversee day-to-day activities of assigned lines of business
  • Ensure performance of business areas across all business and client KPIs, including client metrics, absence, attrition, engagement, and others
Requirements
  • 2 years' management experience in a back office or contact centre environment, or 3 years' management experience in another high-paced industry
  • Teleperformance Leadership Induction Programme and TOPS training provided
