Job Description:- Assess and address the daily needs of residents
- Conduct formal supervisions and appraisals
- Contribute to care planning and coaching support workers

To be considered for this role, you must have an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care. Key skills include proven experience working in a care setting, strong team player, good verbal and written communication skills, and genuine desire to care for others.
