Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. This role is based in Brackley, England, and offers a competitive salary of £25,272 per annum.

About the Role:
  • As a Senior Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • You will conduct formal supervisions and appraisals, contribute to care planning, and coach support workers to achieve excellence in care delivery.
  • This is a permanent full-time role working 36 hours a week on days, offering a comprehensive induction and paid training programme with career prospects.
Requirements:
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
  • Proven experience of working in a care setting
  • A good team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A genuine desire to care for others
