Care Professional for Elderly Support

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a committed Senior Support Worker to work in an exceptional care home based in the Northampton area. As a Senior Support Worker, your key responsibilities include recognizing and facilitating the daily needs of residents, conducting formal supervisions and appraisals, contributing to care planning, and taking an active professional role in promoting services offered.
The successful candidate will receive an excellent annual salary of £25,272 and enjoy comprehensive benefits, including enhanced rates for bank holidays, recognition schemes, uniform provided, refer a friend scheme, costs for an enhanced DBS, and rewards for years of service.
This is a permanent full-time role working 36 hours a week on days, with a comprehensive induction and paid training program offering career prospects. The ideal candidate will have proven experience of working in a care setting, good verbal and written communication skills, and a genuine desire to care for others.
