Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Family Support Worker to join our team in Chelmsford, Essex. As a Family Support Worker, you will work closely with families to provide emotional and social support, helping them to overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
Key Accountabilities:
- Assist families in accessing community resources and services.
- Offer guidance on parenting skills, child behaviour, and emotional well-being.
- Provide crisis intervention when necessary, helping families navigate difficult situations.
