About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in reviewing and preparing financial accounts, providing feedback and training to the team, and assisting in pre-audit accounts preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and prepare financial accounts, including limited company accounts, sole traders, partnerships, and tax returns
  • Provide feedback and training to the team on review points
  • Assist in pre-audit accounts preparation and guidance of the team for audit clients
  • Support the team through work, train, and identify training needs for the team
  • Manage the team's apprenticeship requirements and ensure all studies and training are up-to-date
  • Assist the operations team with work planning requirements
