About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Diocesan Registry Clerk - Legal PA to join our team at Winckworth Sherwood LLP. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing administrative support to our senior lawyers and teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation of legal documents and correspondence.
  • Manage diaries and arrange meetings, travel, and refreshments as needed.
  • Operate the firm's financial and practice management systems, including logging expenses, timesheets, payments, file opening, closing, and invoicing.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the department.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role or related field.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
