Job Title: Strategic Programme Coordinator - Schedule Lead


At Babcock, we are working to create a safe and secure world, together. As a Strategic Programme Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing and delivering successful project outcomes. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, implement, and lead on the schedule management approach for complex programmes or projects.



Key Responsibilities


  • Embed schedule management plans and governance while leading on the development, baselining, and maintenance of a robust integrated project schedule.
  • Ensure alignment between the integrated scheduling toolsets and the company's financial and material demand toolset.
  • Develop and mentor junior colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have extensive recent and relevant experience in a similar role, environment, and/or industry. Advanced knowledge and experience of using Primavera P6 are also essential. Experience of supporting quantitative schedule risk analysis (e.g., Monte Carlo) is desirable.
