District Nurse Clinical Team Lead
Hourglass Staffing is currently recruiting for a District Nurse to join the Wembley District Nursing Team as a Clinical Team Lead. This is a full-time role providing leadership and clinical expertise within the community nursing service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the District Nursing Team, providing clinical supervision and guidance to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Manage and coordinate the care of patients with complex health needs in the community, working closely with the multi-disciplinary team.
• Conduct assessments, create care plans, and manage treatment for a caseload of patients, ensuring timely and effective care.
Position Details:
• Location: Wembley, London
• Work Pattern: Full-time (various shifts available)
• Rates:
• Day Rate: £30.00 per hour
• Night/Saturday Rate: £38.00 per hour
• Sunday/Bank Holiday Rate: £42.30 per hour
• Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Requirements:
• Registered Nurse with experience in district nursing and team leadership
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to manage complex cases in the community
