  • We are seeking an experienced Care Team Leader to join our team at Lifeways Group.
  • Your role will be based at Stourbank, where we support people to live independently while forming part of a close-knit community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of support workers ensuring that excellent person-centred care and support is delivered to people supported by Lifeways.
  • Recruit and develop support workers through staff supervisions, candidate interviews, and providing guidance and expertise.

Requirements

">
  • Excellent communication skills to communicate effectively with staff, people we support, and outside professionals.
  • Good written communication and IT skills for record keeping.

  • Experienced Care Team Leaders/Senior Support Workers holding an NVQ / QCF in Health & Social Care.
  • Dedicated Care Assistants or Carers with a solid track record and ambition to progress.
