About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Apprenticeship Coordinator to join our team at Instep. As a key member of our remote onboarding process, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless candidate onboarding and assessment.

Your responsibilities will include managing the enrolment process, ensuring compliance with ESFA funding rules, and providing consultative support to confirm acceptance or suggest suitable alternatives where applicable.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in the UK, with the opportunity to work from abroad for up to 20 days per year.

Key Responsibilities
  • Experience of successfully supporting accurate and compliant public funding claims (e.g., in apprenticeships, Adult Education Budget, or ESF).
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and professionally with learners and colleagues.
  • Strong organisational skills, with experience of being proactive and managing workload effectively.
Requirements
  • Level 2 English and Math's or above (e.g., Functional Skills, GCSEs, A-Levels, degree).
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge, especially Excel.
  • Aptem experience desirable.
