About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Marine Broker to join our team at Harrison Holgate. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a global client portfolio on both wholesale and retail bases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing renewals and new business from crafting effective go-to-market strategies to coordinating placement slips with the support team.
  • Conducting risk reviews, preparing underwriting presentations, and reviewing insurance documentation produced by the support team to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Driving portfolio growth by building new client relationships, leading pitches, and executing successful tenders.
  • Managing and developing market relationships in support of the Marine broking strategy, fostering new connections and strengthening existing ones.
  • Working closely with Marine clients to consistently deliver on global best practices.
  • Proficiency in industry IT systems and data analysis.
