Technical Operations Manager

ESSRecruit is seeking a highly skilled Technical Operations Manager to join our client, a leading manufacturer of PVCu, timber window and door products. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement technical standards and processes to drive quality and service excellence
- Monitor and improve technology systems and process evolution
- Actively promote a culture of service excellence and quality
- Implement new systems to continually improve quality and customer satisfaction
- Liaise with Depot Managers, Warehouse Teams, and other Technical Managers to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements:
- Education to degree calibre in an Engineering or Construction discipline
- Strong background in continuous improvement, systems, IT, and people
- Excellent customer service skills and a genuine enthusiasm for delivering first-class product quality and customer care
