Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Clinical Supervisor to lead our CAMHS team. As a Senior Mental Health Practitioner, you will provide clinical supervision to colleagues, offer in-reach support to The Croft, and conduct assessments to determine the suitability of the residential home.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about working with vulnerable young people and their families. You will be responsible for creating individualized care plans, conducting risk assessments, and implementing evidence-based practice.

The salary range for this position is approximately £45,000-£65,000 per year, depending on your level of experience. As an employee of the Trust, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements and access to professional development opportunities.
