Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Supervisor to join our team at Octane Recruitment. As a Service Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Aftersales Advisors to deliver strong retail service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Act as a point of escalation for customer issues and provide effective solutions.
- Manage loan vehicles and maintain accurate records of customer contact using the complaints system.
- Ensure job cards are raised accurately with a full description entered for the required diagnosis/work.
- Provide training and coaching to team members, identifying learning and development opportunities.
- Previous motor trade experience, preferably as a Service Advisor or Service Supervisor.
- At least 2 years' experience working within the motor trade/car dealership.
- Pinnacle or Kerridge experience is desirable, but not essential.
- Strong customer service background and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
