Job Summary

Marshall PLC is seeking a skilled Production Operative to join our team at Beenham. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for carrying out duties related to the efficient production of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate manual handling tools, including powered hand tools, machinery, and mechanical handling equipment.
  • Work in a team environment to achieve safety, quality, waste, and OEE targets.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of manufacturing processes.

Requirements

  • Experience operating in a small/medium manufacturing operation.
  • FLT counterbalance licence is desirable but not essential.
  • Team player with attention to detail and good level of English, oral and written.
  • IOSH qualification is desirable.
