Manufacturing Associate

Marshall's leading roofing manufacturer is seeking an experienced and reliable Manufacturing Associate to join our team at Beenham, near Reading.

You will work as part of our manufacturing team to carry out all duties relating to the efficient manufacturing of high-quality products, using all operational techniques and creating the UK's leading roof tiles. You will be required to use manual handling tools, including the use of powered hand tools, machinery, and mechanical handling equipment. You'll work in an environment where safety, quality, waste, and OEE targets are the norm.
