Job Summary

Marshall PLC is seeking an experienced and reliable Production Operative to join our manufacturing team at Beenham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for carrying out all duties related to the efficient manufacturing of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate manual handling tools, including powered hand tools, machinery, and mechanical handling equipment.
  • Work in an environment where safety, quality, waste, and OEE targets are the norm.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve manufacturing targets.

Requirements

  • Experience operating in a small/medium manufacturing operation.
  • FLT counterbalance licence is desirable but not essential.
  • Team player with attention to detail.
  • Good level of English, oral and written.
  • IOSH qualification is desirable.
