About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon Marketing Specialist to join our team at Phee Farrer Jones. As an Amazon Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our clients' Amazon campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management: Oversee and optimize Amazon campaigns across channels and platforms, ensuring maximum ROI for our clients.
  • Media Planning: Develop media plans that demonstrate a thorough understanding of client accounts and propose new testing ideas to drive campaign performance.
  • Campaign Execution: Execute Amazon campaigns within buying platforms, proactively troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
  • Performance Optimization: Drive continuous improvement in campaign performance, providing innovative ideas and solutions to maximize client results.
  • Client Interaction: Maintain regular contact with clients, ensuring campaign alignment with their expectations and offering data-driven recommendations to drive success.
  • Reporting: Produce detailed end-of-campaign reports with insights and learnings to inform future campaign strategies.
  • Trafficking Support: Provide basic trafficking support as needed to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Partner Relations: Build and maintain relationships with Amazon partners to deliver exceptional service and opportunities for clients.
  • Team Development: Train and mentor Digital Marketing Analysts to foster their growth within the team.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of hands-on Amazon Search and/or DSP experience.
  • Experience in client and account management.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Excel, data analysis, and internet technologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team.
