We are seeking a highly skilled Online Marketing Specialist to join our Amazon Devices EMEA team in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven merchandising strategies to deliver innovative online customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Drive end-to-end merchandising roadmaps, including executing inputs, continuously monitoring outputs, prioritizing based on impact, and delivering against plans.
- Work on marketing strategies to drive demand and new customer acquisition across multiple online traffic channels.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders such as product managers, designers, data scientists, and other international partner teams.
- Operate autonomously, delivering against merchandising plans.
- Become an expert in Amazon online marketing tools, processes, and related performance metrics.
- Native level fluency in English and Arabic is a must have.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both English and Arabic).
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in marketing, business, or an analytical discipline - or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrated involvement in creating, launching, and scaling successful online marketing initiatives.
- Excellent proficiency in Excel and data understanding.
- Analytical and quantitative skills, with an aptitude and passion for solving problems.
- Track record in driving sales and marketing, or communication based activities, in the digital, e-commerce, or consumer space.
- Experience in online marketing channels such as SEO, paid search, email, etc.
- Experience in creating marketing copy or in projects that involve creative asset development.
- Familiarity with data query languages such as SQL.
