As the Automotive Operations Director, you will lead a management team of two direct reports and 120 indirect reports, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction through effective forecasting and planning. You will drive operational efficiencies, champion health and safety, and lead cost-saving initiatives through LEAN and Financial KPI targets.

You will be the main point of contact for operational performance activities, investigating issues and implementing solutions to mitigate risk. You will own monthly, quarterly, and yearly business reviews, creating reporting packs for customers on operational KPIs and metrics.

Proven experience in resource and budget management, as well as designing and developing commercial contracts, is essential for this role.
