Automotive Marketing Director

INEOS Automotive is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to implement and deliver the Marketing & Communications strategy for the UK & Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to adapt the global marketing strategy to the UK & Ireland markets, aligning with brand values and ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager and Regional Aftersales Managers to develop an integrated plan for product launches and cars in market lifecycles.
- Support the development of the INEOS communications plan in UK & Ireland, working closely with central teams to maximize the effectiveness of global messages and activities at a local level.
- Brand guardian for the region, promoting the use of marketing toolkits among Retail Partners to maximize marketing impact.
- Proven experience in marketing communications and media in a B2C environment.
- Automotive experience highly desirable, but a broader sector experience is preferred.
- Proven involvement in national/international branding activities.
- Experience in coordinating agencies to successfully complete multiple projects.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and commercial best practices.
