Elevator Maintenance Specialist

In the role of Elevator Maintenance and Repair Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our elevators in United Kingdom. This includes completing installations, repairs, and commissioning of Otis ONE products on various technologies.
You will work in a safe manner in accordance with EH&S guidelines and maintain safety standards. Correct fault-finding and completing essential repairs are key responsibilities, as is controlling planning and completion of jobs. Adherence to all Company Policies and Procedures is also crucial.
To succeed in this position, you should be qualified to at least NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. In-depth knowledge of different makes of equipment and experience within the industry are highly valued.
The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include a competitive salary, van, overtime payments, and opportunities for career progression.
