Truck Maintenance Specialist

Thomas Hardie Commercials Ltd in Liverpool is currently seeking a skilled Truck Maintenance Specialist to join their team.
About the Role:
This role involves working as part of a team to undertake maintenance and repair activities on commercial vehicles and trailers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance and be able to diagnose and repair faults in commercial vehicles.
The key responsibilities of this role include diagnosing and repairing faults in commercial vehicles and trailers, carrying out routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal vehicle performance, completing paperwork and procedures for warranty, contract, and retail work, and minimizing unnecessary customer costs through preventative maintenance.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong background in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance
- Ability to diagnose and repair faults in commercial vehicles
- City & Guilds or other adequate qualification to NVQ level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance
- Experience in the diagnosis, servicing, maintenance, and repair of vehicles, particularly Commercial Vehicles
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
