About the Role
Quarriers is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Transition Mentor. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young people who are homeless and help them achieve their goals and ambitions.

Key Responsibilities
As a Transition Mentor, you will work closely with our team to provide support and guidance to young people, helping them to develop the skills and confidence they need to succeed. Your role will involve:

  • Providing one-to-one support and guidance to young people
  • Helping young people to set and achieve their goals
  • Supporting young people to develop their skills and confidence
  • Working closely with other teams to ensure a holistic approach to support
