About the Role

In this critical position as Credit and Collections Manager at Thorpe Molloy McCulloch Recruitment Ltd, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our credit management function. Your primary responsibility will be to manage high-volume accounts, conduct thorough credit checks, resolve discrepancies, and support Accounts Receivable (AR) monitoring to enhance cash flow.

Your expertise will be sought after in mitigating risks through effective credit management strategies. You will offer recommendations for customer credit limits and evaluate sales reserves/bad debt provisions. Building strong relationships with customers through regular communication is also a significant aspect of this role.

We require an individual with substantial experience in credit management, collections, or a similar field. Strong knowledge of financial principles, effective communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously are necessary for success in this position. Based on industry standards, we estimate the salary for this role to be approximately £38,000 - £50,000 annually, contingent upon qualifications and experience.
