Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective credit control strategies to minimise risk and maximise cash flow
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and address payment delays and non-payments
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve disputes and ensure timely payments
  • Generate accurate and timely account statements and reports
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of business process improvements

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in credit control, collections, or a related accounting role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
