Functional Assessment Professional

About the Role: GAIA RECRUITMENT LIMITED is recruiting for a skilled healthcare professional to work in a functional assessment role.
Compensation: The compensation package for this position includes a salary of £32,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as all UK bank holidays off and immediate starts available.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and create personalized care plans
- Develop and implement effective treatment programs
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
Qualifications and Skills:
- RGN/RMN/RNLD or Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, and Paramedic qualifications
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
