Job Title: Reception/F&B Multi-Skilled Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile individual to join our team as a Reception/F&B Multi-Skilled Team Member at Ibis Bristol Centre.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. As a Reception/F&B Multi-Skilled Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling front office duties, and working in our Food and Beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage front office duties, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
  • Work in our Food and Beverage outlets, including Breakfast, Bar, Lunch, and Dinner, ensuring a high level of service and quality.
  • Assist with food preparation, presentation, and service, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
Requirements:
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
  • Current work visa.
  • Previous experience in a hotel reception or food and beverage department.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
