Job Title: Reception/F&B Multi-Skilled Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled and versatile team member to join our team at Ibis Bristol Centre. As a Reception/F&B Multi-Skilled Team Member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Work collaboratively with the Front Office and Food and Beverage teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Assist with food and beverage service, including breakfast, bar, lunch, and dinner.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of hotel services, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes as needed.
Requirements:
  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK, with a current work visa.
  • Full-time 40-hour contract.
  • Previous experience in a hotel reception and/or food and beverage department, with a positive attitude and genuine customer service focus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests and team members effectively.
  • Brilliant organisational skills, with the ability to work unsupervised and prioritise tasks efficiently.
