About the Role

We are seeking two experienced Mental Health Support Workers to join our team at Safe Harbour, a new mental health support facility in Woking. As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing a programme of support and psycho-social education to individuals with mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively with service users to develop and implement individualised support plans
  • Provide a safe and non-judgmental space for service users to share their experiences and concerns
  • Support service users in accessing community resources and services
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and inclusive team culture

About Safe Harbour

Safe Harbour is a new mental health support facility in Woking, offering a 6-week referral-only non-clinical service for individuals aged 18 and over. Our aim is to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to access the support they need to manage their mental health.
