Job Title: Business Administration Apprentice

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Administration Apprentice. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our depot operations, respond to customer enquiries, and maintain accurate filing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the depot operations
  • Respond to customer enquiries in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate filing systems
  • Input data into our in-house computer databases
  • Process sales and purchase invoices
  • Order stationery and provide administrative support for ad-hoc tasks
  • Coordinate with all sections of the business to meet tasks and deadlines
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Computer literate with experience of MS Office
  • Excellent team working skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
  • Formal qualifications to a minimum GCSE level
