We are seeking an experienced Sustainability Manager to join our team at McBride Sport. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping environmental strategies and delivering impactful sustainability initiatives for world-renowned events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with commercial and client services teams to educate and engage clients on sustainability goals and objectives.
  • Lead the development and execution of environmental sustainability strategies, including waste management solutions and GHG emissions analysis.
  • Coordinate with operations teams to implement sustainable practices and ensure circular economy principles are followed at every stage.
  • Prepare pre- and post-event sustainability reports to measure progress and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sustainability within events, with a strong understanding of environmental impact and sustainability principles.
  • Strong project management and client-facing experience, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Expertise in data collection, analysis, and visualization, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
