About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at Human Capital Solutions UK. As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer, you will play a key role in leading the design of electrical building services for various projects, including hotels, schools, hospitals, high-rise residential towers, and state-of-the-art science and research facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design of electrical building services from concept stage to commissioning, handover, and post-occupancy.
  • Develop and implement electrical design solutions that meet the needs of clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Manage and mentor junior engineers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Assist with bid preparation and fee submissions to secure new projects and clients.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Senior Electrical Design Engineer or equivalent role.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical building services design principles and practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
