We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Outcomes First Group, a leading provider of special needs education and care. As an OT Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and delivering therapeutic services to individuals with complex needs, including autism, ADHD, and developmental trauma.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement OT-specific therapeutic services to meet the needs of individuals with varying levels of functioning
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic support to individuals and their families
- Collect and analyze data to inform service delivery, development, and project work
- Contribute to the development of the service, with opportunities for career growth and progression
- Relevant Occupational Therapy qualification
- Experience working with adults and/or children with intellectual disabilities and/or autism, including complex trauma and mental health needs
- Substantial and relevant post-qualification experience, with a focus on adult services
- Full valid UK driving license and access to a car
- Excellent data management skills, with experience in collecting and analyzing data to inform service delivery
